Common Command Set - External - these commands are generally available in the folder pointed to by the variable %windir%,
or the subfolder %windir%\system32, of all Operating Systems using the Windows NT Code Base. For our purposes, this includes Windows NT (v4.0 SP6a),
Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (or, more specifically, everything in Groups I and II on the Compatibility
Page).
Both %windir% and %windir%\system32 are in the PATH by default so it is not usually necessary to specify the full path to these external commands.
