.dtEcho/.dtErrEcho
Description
- Displays the current date and time followed by an optional message.
- .dtEcho echoes "[DATE TIME] Text" to STDOUT. Date format is like "DATE
/T", Time is hh:mn:ss, surrounded by []'s. Text is optional.
- .dtErrEcho does the same, but echoes to STDERR.

- [Text] longer than 54 characters may wrap in an 80-column console window.
- Leading zeroes will be added to hours less than 10
- Variables within [Text] will be expanded (like "CALL ECHO").
- For CONSISTENT yyyymmdd hhmnss output regardless of regional differences in date and time format, see the ".ldtEcho"
command.
