Group I Support: All discovered/reported issues will be
addressed in maintenance or upgrade releases. |

| Group II - These
products are not part of the complete testing process due to resource and
time constraints but they should work since they use the same code base as those in Group I. |
- All releases and variants of Windows NT v4.0 with Service Pack 6a and the
Post-SP6 Security Rollup.
- All releases and variants of Windows 2000 running Service Pack 1, 2, 3, 4 or
No Service Pack.
- All releases and variants of Windows XP running Service Pack 1, 2 or No
Service Pack.
- All releases and variants of Windows Server 2003 (including R2) running Service Pack 1,
2 or
No Service Pack.

Group II Support: Issues that also exist on a Group I
platform will be addressed as Group I. Any issues specific to Group II will be processed as time, resources and testing facilities permit. |

These products might be rigged/hacked to work with some features of our products. Attempt use at your own risk. |

- Windows for Workgroups v3.11
- Windows 3.1
- DOS (all releases and variants)
- Unix/Linux (all releases and variants)
- Any other Operating System or environment not specifically mentioned in Groups I, II or III.

Group IV Support: NONE.

We thoroughly test all of our products on the platforms they are designed for. Due to the wide variety of possible configurations, we can not and do not guarantee they
will work in your environment (see disclaimer). The Compatibility Matrix is offered
as guidance but is NOT A
GUARANTEE of compatibility. This matrix applies to all of our product lines, unless noted differently in the
Design Goals and Specifications (DGS) for that particular product.
What we mean by "should work"
We mean that, at this time, we do not specifically test these platforms before general release. However, our customer base includes many, if not all, of these systems. We track customer
reported successes, issues and workarounds for Group II platforms.
